Rev. Ken Baxley
Associate Pastor
Rev. Ken Baxley is the Associate Pastor of Worship Ministry at Westside Baptist Church. He leads our music programs with a heart for glorifying God through worship. His wife, Dot, faithfully serves alongside him, using her creative gifts to support church ministries and events.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Stetson University and a Master of Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. With over 50 years of experience in music ministry, he brings passion, leadership, and a love for worship to every service. Outside of church, Ken enjoys restoring and appreciating classic cars.
Dot earned her associate's degree in nursing and serves as a service team leader for Women of Grace and the Decorating Committee.
Ken and Dot have been married for 18 years, have five adult children and several grandchildren, and are honored to serve the Westside family and the greater Daytona Beach community through the ministries supporting our church family.
